Holly brought her lunch today
She used our very own studio kitchen to whip this up today while I was out walking up and down Bedford Ave, looking for a hot meal. Here’s what was in her lunch box, in her own words:

Super-local (grown in Holly’s Greenpoint backyard) Spinach & Arugula greens with home-grown basil & store-bought currants. Mennonite muenster cheese from Pennsylvania. Balsamic vinaigrette that belongs to Eric. The arugula is extra spicy.

Holly says it was delicious, fresh and tasty. I didn’t get to try it, because she ate it so fast.
