Endless Summer Taco Truck

These ones are somewhere inbetween “okay” and “good”. Today I went for the fish tacos ($3 each), which I think is this truck’s best taco option. The fish is grilled, not fried, which is the way to go with these things. I never understood why you’d want to eat a fried thing inside another piece of bread or tortilla. Cooley swears the rice and beans are amazing, but I don’t like beans so I can’t say. They’re probably good because last week when I went to this truck they were out of them at five minutes past noon. They also have setain tacos and burritos, which Eric said is good.
If you go, make sure they give you the right amount of change back. Last week I gave them a twenty to pay for $6 in tacos and they gave me $9 back in change. Today they tried to give me $12 back. They guy apologized and said he was sleepy but I think he was high. Cooley says its because their mean, but I disagree. I’d go there again.
Seriously folks, I could write a whole blog about tacos— I love them. Maybe later I’ll make a special post about the best tacos in the city, if you guys are interested.
